At Peach Underwear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every layer; if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Apply the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
